The First Nations-Led Primary Health Care Initiative (FNPCI) is a partnership between the Ministry of Health (Ministry) and the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) to develop innovative First Nations primary healthcare service models.

First Nations Primary Care Centers prioritize culturally safe primary care with a focus on attaching First Nations and Indigenous patients as well as improving care management and health outcomes for First Nations.
